Reality television shows are not always that much of a reality, but we can learn a lot from them. One of the greatest things that reality television can show is what not to do. There are some characters that do so many ill conceived things that it has to be asked, is that person really that serious.

One example of what not to do in life is putting the family and the children on a twenty-four hour a day, seven days a week camera show. Children usually reveal the facts about a family and if a person has something to hide, those children are a sure fire way to find out what that is.

Children and reality shows do not mix because the show has to have an element of control to it, but children are completely unpredictable. They will let the camera crew, the producers, and the directors know that they are not predictable. Parents will at some point resent putting them in front of the camera and wish that they can remove them. Sadly though, once that contract is signed, the parents have to live with that choice. Since reality is not always reality, it is safer to bet on keeping children out off the camera.

When we sign up for our own e-mail address, it isn’t uncommon for people to come across junk e-mail. Whether you call it junk e-mail, spam or garbage, it’s all pointless and a waste of time to read.

Now, when you come across junk e-mails, you want to make sure you respond in these few ways only:

Don’t respond at all: If you want to take the simplest approach, just don’t even respond at all. When you get a junk e-mail, simply delete it and move one.

Unsubscribe: If you’re tired of getting the same junk mail over and over from something like a retail store chain mail letter, consider unsubscribing by clicking the link at the bottom. If it works the way it should, you won’t receive any more e-mails.

No clicking: Whenever you get junk mail, never click on any of the links. These links can give your computer a virus or all people to access your computer from theirs.

As you can see, junk e-mails can really be a pain. They can cause people to get their identity stolen to even giving your computer a virus. To make sure these don’t happen to you, consider these tips above.

When you are choosing your profile picture for a social media site, today many people are going with humor, and something witty, rather than going with a serious profile picture to add to their profile page. Deciding on the best image to set as your profile pic, is not only going to be something humorous to you, but you have to remember that all the people who visit your page, and even those who are not your friends, but see it when searching for other people, are all going to see that picture of you. So, you have to make sure that when you do set a funny pic as your profile page picture, that it is something you will not later regret.

There are many times when employers, schools, and other high level individuals will take a look at a person’s profile prior to hiring them or admitting them into a school. And, since social media is so popular in today’s world, it is more than likely that these entities will check your profile page. So, although you want to be funny to your friends, you may still want to consider the picture because of other people who might see it.

So, you had this conversation, and five minutes later you think of the perfect put down. It happens to every single one of us. Sure, a few people are able to come up with witty remarks on the fly. For the rest of us, it’s a skill that needs to be developed.

Coming up with good insults is an example of this. Any idiot can resort to profanity or pathetic comments aimed at the person’s mother. A good, creative insult will hit home far more accurately, not to mention entertaining those around you.

Here are a few things to consider when coming up with a good insult, such as the politician who categorized Neil Gaiman as a ‘pencil-necked weasel’. You should think of the person’s appearance and character. Instead of calling somebody a ‘dumbass’, how about ‘You’re so stupid you think War And Peace is a doorstop’. Or how about ‘You’re so ugly mirrors cover themselves when you walk by’. See. That’s much better. Practice is very important in learning to insult in a creative manner. So is perception. Does the person have a huge nose? An odious personal habit? Just about everyone has something you can insult about them.

Some insults can be cruel and hurtful but others are just plain funny. We can learn a lot from insults. They can make someone realize that they need to change something about themselves or be the inspiration of a great joke. Let’s face it, in this day in age insults are not really taken to heart very often. Some of the best comedy is based on insults.
So many people get a great laugh at someone else’ s expense. It may sound cruel but it is just pure comedy. If you pay attention to the stand up comics today insults are always included. They are just hilarious. Some people even insult themselves for comedic purposes. People have learned not to take themselves too seriously and to just laugh and be able to take a good insult every now and then. There is really do harm done. We can learn a lot from insults. Whether you learn something about yourself or someone else is just a bonus to having a good laugh.
Comedy is usually based on insults so why not just go with it and have a good time. Just picture it as constructive, comedic criticism. Just have a good time and laugh.

Twitter has taken over the social networking world with one question, “What are you doing?” That is it! The entire premise behind this communication medium. Be warned though, you only get 140 characters to make a first impression. That is it, well unless you decide you want to tweet again, and many people do… ad nauseum. It has evolved from a platform where friends and would-be friends can keep in contact, to a viable marketing tool for businesses and bloggers. It is rich source of information (you can find out things quicker on twitter than you can the nightly news, as a matter of fact many reputable reporters defer to Twitter in order to disseminate news).Want more? Click here/tag Even to that end, there are those who still use it strictly socially and make it really fun in the process with their quick quips and funny anecdotes. Here is a compiled list of the top five funniest tweets of all time:

RobSprance: A Hyundai should not cost 399 a month unless it comes with a BMW.

Carabee I think Justin Bieber’s hair is on backwards.

AnnaLefler: I want to seize the day. I really do. If only the day would come over here by the recliner where I could reach it.

Joan_Rivers Jane Fonda sent me a copy of her new exercise DVD. It’s a workout for old people”for cardio you dig your own grave.

johnfugelsang As of now BP has failed so many times NBC wants to offer them the 11:30pm slot.
